Employer: Amazon.com Services LLCPosition: Pathways Operations Mgr - MBALocation: Bethel, PAMultiple Positions Available:Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for Basic qualifications: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related field and three years of experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment or operations. ; 2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics ; 3) experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. Preferred: All applicants must meet all the above listed requirements.
