Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment or operations. ; 2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics ; 3) experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $135000 - $162000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
