Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics, or related environment or operations; (2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics; and (3) experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.#0000 Preferred: Please see job description and the position requirements above.
