As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable Basic qualifications: - Experience in a senior customer-facing role - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements - Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives - Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own - Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale Preferred: - Knowledge of key technology and market trends - Experience implementing AWS/cloud services - Associate's degree or above, or AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level - Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners - Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation - Track record of building partner capabilities and driving partner-led growth Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
