The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred) - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in technical support Preferred: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 6+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience with programmatic process development and implementation - Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience using Oracle - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
