We believe that by removing and reducing the barriers that prevent people from taking their medications, we can help customers conveniently get the medications Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Ability to obtain pharmacy technician license, certification, or state equivalent in the pharmacy's domicile state, if required by the local Board of Pharmacy Preferred: - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience working in a large team or fast-paced corporate environment - Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership - Ability to blend operations and clinical knowledge to articulate risks and drive decision making. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
