Are you someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy collaborating with teams to solve real business problems? As a Sales Analyst at Amazon, you will play a key role in supporting Basic qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) - Bachelor's degree - Japanese (Native) and English (Conversational) Preferred: - Experience working with a queue of requests with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and accuracy targets against Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - Experience navigating a knowledge base and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - Occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
