Operations Analyst, Reservation Product Operations

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) - Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas Preferred: - Experience navigating a knowledge base and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues - Experience working with a queue of requests with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and accuracy targets against Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
