From individual households to Basic qualifications: - 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification - 1+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches) - 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system - Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings Preferred: - Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license - CFOT certification or equivalent experience Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience - ASE certification or equivalent experience Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware - Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements Experience working with Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, Fiber Optics/Optical and/or Harness Integration - Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment - Expert knowledge and certification in rigging and lifting equipment. - Experience in rigging and lifting equipment inspection and maintenance. - Experience rigging related safety measures. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
