O2C Program Manager, Strategic Segment, AWS Order To Cash (O2C)

The AWS FinOps Accounts Receivable (AR) team is seeking a self-driven O2C Program Manager with a strong owner's mindset and relentless customer advocacy to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for AWS Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 6+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - 6+ years of experience identifying, implementing, and leading large-scale process improvement projects - Experience leveraging AI and data analytics tools to analyze large datasets, develop insights, and drive action items Preferred: - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) - - Experience with large-scale data querying and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Quicksight, Redshift, Athena, Tableau) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
