Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) managing a manufacturing engineering team. Must also have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) working with external ODMs or CMs; (2) querying and analyzing data using SQL, data visualization tools, or AI/ML tools to drive manufacturing decisions; (3) applying root cause analysis methodologies, including Pareto analysis, to prioritize and resolve critical manufacturing issues; (4) electronics assembly processes and test processes, including the ability to influence ODM or CM process changes to improve quality and yield.
