The continued growth of our fulfillment businesses requires active management of Basic qualifications: - Experience in English and German writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style - Extensive prior experience in property or asset management within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, developer, fund, or landlord entity. - Exhibited expertise in analyzing and clearly explaining complex lease terminology and provisions. - Proficient in using commercial real estate management software platforms, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to effectively manage client relationships and data. - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding commercial and industrial building systems, including fire and life safety systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure. The ability to comprehend and analyze construction blueprints is highly valued Preferred: - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Extensive experience in property or asset management within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, developer, fund, or landlord entity. - Knowledge of property accounting principles - RPA, CPM, RICS, or comparable professional designation - Business fluency in another European language Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
