MEP Design Engineer, Global Engineering Services

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Design Engineer/Manager to spearhead the design and engineering of comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for commercial, residential, and Basic qualifications: - Education - • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline/ Master Preferred - • First Class or equivalent academic performance strongly preferred - Professional Experience - • Minimum 7-12 years of progressive MEP design experience for commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use projects - • Demonstrated experience in large-scale development projects (5+ million sq ft preferred) - • Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and technical capabilities across all MEP disciplines - • Experience managing design teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders Preferred: - Essential Skills & Attributes - • Technical Excellence: Strong engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, and innovative problem-solving abilities - • Design Quality: Exceptional technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and commitment to design excellence - • Coordination Skills: Proven ability in multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and integrated design delivery - • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts clearly - • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead design teams, mentor engineers, and drive project success - • Project Management: Capability to manage multiple concurrent design projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines - • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
