This executive role offers significant visibility within the organization and aligns with Basic qualifications: - Experience in technical work related to computer systems and technology components - 2+ years of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment experience, or experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies - 7+ years management experience in an operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment - 3+ years' experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis, etc.) Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc. - Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Safety, security, and availability of incident response, incident management, and incident resolution. - 7+ years' experience managing geographically dispersed teams - 7+ years of hands-on experience with mission critical infrastructure Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
