Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle, Amazon Music

Role Scope This is a marketing role responsible for defining and executing Amazon Music India’s customer lifecycle strategy across multi-channels, including but not limited to owned and operated. The role Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience in segmentation and developing customer profiles Preferred: - Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top-line sales performance Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
