Manager, UK Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), EU CF S&OP

Amazon's UK fulfillment network is one of the largest single-region operations in Europe — 50+ nodes processing billions of units per year. The UK S&OP Manager owns the plan that makes it work.This role Basic qualifications: - Experience in managing and developing teams - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field. - 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations planning in a high-volume environment. - Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data tools and technology to drive planning decisions at scale. - Track record of working cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, and Transportation (or equivalent functions). Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations - Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements - Experience in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in a multi-node fulfillment or distribution network - Background in e-commerce or retail supply chain operations - Strong communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership - Comfort making judgment calls in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - Interest in or experience with AI/ML applications, automation, or agentic AI
