We are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain for the Relay Operations Center (ROC) Disruption Management (DM) team that is in the forefront of solving real time disruptions in the middle mile transportation Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions - Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations - Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - 9-10 years successful experience in Operations Management in a Customer Service/ Supply Chain Mgmt / Transport Operations / Contact center environment Preferred: - Master's degree in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent, or a Master's degree and experience implementing pragmatic operations solutions to solve problems such as the scheduling, routing, assignment, facility location, or lot-sizing problem - Project Management experience preferred Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
