Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or experience in a relevant field - 7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, sales operations, or program management. - Experience developing and executing business strategies, go-to-market plans, and growth initiatives. - Experience independently owning and delivering cross-functional programs end-to-end in ambiguous environments. - Experience building dashboards, analytics frameworks, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions. - Experience writing strategic narratives (e.g., 6-pagers, MBR/QBR, PR/FAQ) and presenting to senior leadership. - Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience synthesizing data from multiple sources. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams and functions. Preferred: - Master's degree or advanced degree. - Experience with SATCOM, satellite communications, or space-based solutions. - Experience with cloud computing technology (AWS) or government/public sector markets. - Experience supporting both domestic and international government markets, including allied nations and coalition partners. - Program or project management certification (e.g., PMP, or equivalent). - Experience operating in startup or early-stage environments, delivering strategy and programs from the ground up. - Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
