The Amazon Ads Canada business is growing at a rapid pace and we require a Manager, Sales Account Management to help scale our Account Management practice across a wide range of CPG advertisers including Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of client-facing role including, but not limited to, digital marketing, analytics, or equivalent experience - Experience managing and coaching team members - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders Preferred: - Experience delivering results and generating transformational growth - 6+ years of people management experience - Experience recruiting top talent and building high performing teams - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business - Deep expertise in omni-channel marketing, display, OTT/video, search advertising - Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and written/verbal communication skills - Capable of solving problems that span business and technology, influencing scalable process improvement Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
