Manager, Program Mgmt. E-Commerce Planning, Whole Foods Market E-Commerce

We are looking for an experienced people leader to own a consolidated function that unifies short-term, mid-term, and long-term planning for our E-Commerce business. This leader will own the end-to-end Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of team management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree - Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving, or experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results across multiple business areas - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects Preferred: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - MBA - E-Commerce, grocery, retail, or last-mile/logistics domain experience. - Advanced analytical skills with a track record of interpreting trends and data to make informed projections and decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership. - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
