The Audits and Insights team (AIT) – SPT Audit program measures accuracy of account enforcements, listing enforcements, all appeals and reinstatement decisions through audits on a statistically significant Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Professional certification such as PMP, CIA, or CISA is highly desirable - 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in audit or risk management roles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - 7+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 5+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
