Basic qualifications: - Experience in creative development and commissioning roles for leading Entertainment services - Experience in development and production processes - Experience building and maintaining professional networks in entertainment/creative sectors, with particular roots in the Australian creator/talent community - Experience slate building across genres including entertainment, comedy, journalism, wellbeing and factual documentary storytelling - Experience interpreting audience segmentation, trend and data analysis - Experience developing clear, concise written communications for diverse audiences Preferred: - A creative vision grounded in UK commercial entertainment audiences - Experience as a Commissioning Editor for an OTT service and/or publishing house - Experience managing a diverse, non-fiction audio content slate - Understanding of the digital listening landscape - Understanding of the legal, operational, and financial aspects of commissioning Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
