In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include: (1) 3 years of experience in instructional design or adult learning. (2) 3 years of experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/elearning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products and other training materials. (3) 3 years of experience in direct people management. (4) 3 years of experience using video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia or similar tools) (5) 3 years of experience working with and integrating the use of knowledge bases and online reference for learning and performance support. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $158350 - $205800 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
