A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include: 1) 1 year of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting, involving cross-functional collaboration to solve complex logistics or automotive supply chain planning or operational problems using data-driven insights. 2) 1 year of experience in applying statistical methods including regression analysis, variance decomposition, and forecasting models—to validate business assumptions, build scalable business cases, and conduct root cause investigations across supply chain and logistics operations. 3) 1 year of experience leading process improvement initiatives, including implementing Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) or contributing to Agile development cycles to optimize processes within automotive and logistics supply chain networks, reducing manual intervention and enhancing operational efficiency. 4) 1 year of experience in translating complex quantitative data into simple, intuitive dashboards and reports, and effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format. 5) 1 year of experience in data extraction, analysis, and business case development using tools such as SQL, advanced Excel (including Power Pivot and VBA), and Microsoft Access to support operational and strategic decision-making in logistics and automotive supply chain functions. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $142800 - $193200 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
