Manager III, Facilities

Amazon is looking for a Facilities Manager to lead operations, drive process improvements, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of Amazon experience - 7+ years of employee and performance management experience - 5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience - 7+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience - 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience - 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience - 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience - 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience Preferred: - Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Professional Engineering registration - Knowledge of statistical analysis - Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards - Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls , industrial electronics - Experience leading network level/multi-site maintenance organizations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
