Manager I, Machine Learning Data Ops

Do you like to develop the talent to create a Basic qualifications: - Should be a Graduate or equivalent - Minimum 4 years of experience out of which 18 Months should be as team leader / team manager - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Knowledge of – Microsoft Office products and applications, especially MS Excel & Word at an advanced level Preferred: - Experience in managing critical operational processes with SLA responsibility in an ML/AI data operations environment - Knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL) and Advanced Excel; experience working with and analyzing large datasets to drive business improvements - Familiarity with ML data annotation workflows, labeling tools, or AI/ML program operations - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools or Green Belt certification • Experience working in geographically distributed, multi-cultural team environments - Ability to perform ad hoc reporting, pull data from multiple systems, and translate insights into operational decisions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
