Manager, Electrical & Cloud Hardware Development, AWS Bespoke Solutions, Hardware & FPGA Engineering

Bespoke Solutions is looking for a hands-on technical leader to manage a team of Hardware Design Engineers, FPGA/Programmable Logic Engineers, and Firmware Engineers responsible for developing high-assurance Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - Experience in motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout - 7+ years of hardware engineering experience, including FPGA/programmable logic development - 3+ years of people management experience leading hardware or FPGA engineering teams - Experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation, and debugging - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above Preferred: - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - 6+ years of people management experience leading hardware or FPGA engineering teams - Experience with AMD/Xilinx Versal or UltraScale+ FPGA platforms - Experience with high-speed serial interfaces (PAM4, PCIe, DDR, SERDES) - Experience with hardware security design — tamper detection, secure boot, hardware root of trust, or cryptographic accelerators - Experience managing teams through NPI (New Product Introduction) processes from prototype to production - Experience with government compliance frameworks, or security evaluation processes - Track record of developing senior technical talent (growing engineers to Staff/Principal level) - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
