This position sits within the Digi-Flex organization, supporting Fire TV's global catalog content operations. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of ~15 associates responsible for end-to-end Basic qualifications: - Experience leading prioritization of tasks, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines - Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements - Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis - Experience leading process improvements - Graduate with 6+ years of experience in operations /program management, of which a minimum 2+ years in managing people. - Strong written and verbal communication, and be able to influence business and tech partners - supported by the right set of information. - Experience owning and building processes with very limited guidance. Preferred: - Experience in process improvement/quality control tools and methods - Experience in managing process and operational escalations effectively. - Familiarity with automation/AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
