Worldwide Retail Growth and Development (WWRGD) is seeking a Manager of Construction Management to lead the delivery of new Whole Foods Market stores and Amazon physical retail spaces across the western Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of direct management, mentorship, leadership, and coaching of construction management or commissioning professionals experience - Knowledge of project management tools - Experience in managing and troublshooting network, or experience in networking administration and troubleshooting and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent - Experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
