The FAA Data & Analytics organization is looking for an experienced Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience - 3+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience - Experience with SQL - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs - Experience with AI/ML technologies Preferred: - Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software - Experience Managing a team of 5+ direct reports across multiple geographies - Experience with AWS Tools and Technologies (Redshift, S3, EC2) - Experience with experimentation and A/B testing frameworks - Knowledge of the digital media, app marketplace, or entertainment technology space - Experience building self-service analytics platforms that democratize data access across technical and non-technical consumers Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
