Amazon Japan is hiring a senior leader to own our vendor-facing inbound consolidation services portfolio, the set of programs that help vendors move inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network efficiently Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of program or project management experience - 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of team management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) Preferred: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment - Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
