Maintenance Supervisor, RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering)

Join Amazon’s growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our site in Kewdale, Western Australia. In this role, you will lead a technical team in carrying Basic qualifications: - Formal Trade Qualifications: Certificate lll in Electrotechnology OR Cert III Mechanical Engineering (Fitter/Turner) with valid Electrical Mechanic/ Electrical Fitter licence. Alternatively, equivalent trade qualifications formally recognised in Australia including valid licence. - Experience in industrial maintenance, FMCG, manufacturing and/or logistics. - Leadership experience in supervising multi-trade teams in a fast paced industrial manufacturing/distribution center environment. - Experience in mentoring and developing technicians. - Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments. - Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks. - Experience in contractor management. Preferred: - Understanding of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming - Experience of multi-contractor management - Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements - Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
