Long Range Planning Manager, AMZL Strategic Planning

Have you ever ordered a product on Amazon and when that box with the smile arrived you wondered how it got to you so fast?Have you wondered where it came from and how much it cost Amazon to deliver it Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in a leadership role - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
