Learning Experience Designer, AHS PMA Team

We're seeking an innovative, driven Learning Experience Designer to join our team and create learning Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - 5+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts - Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication - Proficiency in storyboarding, creating detailed learning blueprints, and eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) including content upload, settings, testing, and maintenance - Demonstrated adult learning principles, ID models (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick) and linking appropriate methods with learner outcomes Preferred: - Master's degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industry learning environments - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and their application in instructional design - Experience with xAPI, SCORM, or other learning data standards - Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, or project management Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
