Learning & Development Program Manager I, Global Transportation Services

In this dynamic Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field - 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience - Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia - Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content - Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments - Experience delivering training to both individuals and groups - Experience implementing full training life cycle in order to improve organizational training initiatives Preferred: - Have an available online portfolio - Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact - Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems - Knowledge of HTML and CSS - Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap - History of success in fast-paced, global environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
