Amazonは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業」というビジョンの実現に向け、オーナーシップを持ち変化と革新に情熱を注ぐ仲間を求めています。本ポジションは、Amazon配送拠点（フルフィルメントセンター）で働くIT Support Engineerです。日本のFCでは何百万点もの商品を取り揃え、毎日お客様のもとへ配送しています。まずFCにおける「物の流れ」を理解していただき、その後ITの観点から変更や改善を推進していただきます。ITインフラの運用を通じて、FC内の全てのITシステムが安定的に稼働する状態を維持することが求められます。配送拠点のネットワーク網は急速に拡大しており、最新技術の導入 Basic qualifications: - サーバソフトウェア・ハードウェア全般のトラブル・障害対応経験（3年以上） - クライアント機器（Windows PCおよび周辺機器）のトラブル・障害対応経験（3年以上） - サーバ・ネットワークインフラに関する専門知識（実務経験3年程度） - Linux環境でのシステム構築・運用管理経験（実務経験1年以上） - 日本語能力試験1級以上またはそれに準ずるレベル（日本語の契約書・マニュアルの読解、ミーティングでの発言、お客様との交渉が可能） - 英語を使った業務経験または学習意欲（海外エンジニアとチャット上でやり取りができる、英語のマニュアルを調べながら理解できるレベル） Preferred: - サーバ/ネットワークの構築・運用・障害対応経験（5年以上） - プロジェクトマネジメント・リーダー経験（5年以上） - データセンター設備サポート経験 - CCNP / LPIC Level 2 等の資格保有 - 配送拠点へのITインフラ導入・改善経験（コンサルティング経験） - フィールドエンジニア経験 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
