IT Support Engineer

IT systems that work effectively keep Amazon’s operations running at full speed. Our IT Support Engineers work behind the scenes to troubleshoot any issues and improve our systems, so that we can operate Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment - Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation - Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery - Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP) - Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting - Experience working with windows server technologies - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - Full UK Driving Licence Preferred: - Experience in networking - Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications - Experience in procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as IT lifecycle Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
