We hire the world’s brightest minds, offering them an environment in Basic qualifications: - 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or infrastructure support roles. - Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems - Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices) - Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) - Experience supporting users in a high-availability, operational environment - Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and escalate appropriately - Basic level of English - Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish Preferred: - Knowledge of enterprise IT tools for ticketing, asset management, and monitoring - Experience with network troubleshooting beyond basics (switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, incident isolation) - Exposure to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management) - Experience supporting large-scale end-user device environments (hundreds to thousands of devices) - Ability to work across teams and influence without authority - Demonstrated ownership and bias for action in incident resolution - Hold a valid driver´s license Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
