IT Equipment Coordinator, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

We hire the world’s brightest minds, offering them an environment in Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management experience, or experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers - Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts - Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting - Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair - Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred: - High school diploma, or equivalent - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments - Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines - Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers - Highly self-motivated and customer-centric Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
