This is a seller-facing role that owns the proactive Basic qualifications: - Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python - Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis - Experience in fraud/risk investigations Preferred: - 2+ years in fraud investigation, security analysis, or risk management roles - Experience building automated fraud detection systems or scalable investigation workflows - Experience with quality assessment frameworks and performance management in security contexts - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to fraud prevention and data security (GDPR, PCI DSS) - Experience developing and delivering training programmes for investigation teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
