**WE OFFER A 12-MONTHS TEMPORARY CONTRACT**Amazon is seeking Investigation Specialists for its Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team in Gdańsk, Poland. SEPO is a critical function within Basic qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Proficiency in English both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR). - Proficiency in Swedish both written and spoken (C1 level in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR). Preferred: - Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience - Experience managing investigations or fraud programs in a professional setting (or equivalent) - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and accurately to both internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound investigative decisions with minimal guidance - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns - Exceptional customer-handling and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on quality and customer experience - Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and think critically - Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented - Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks of competing urgency - Proven ability to maintain productivity and meet department standards while managing competing deadlines - Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance expectations and delivering individual contributions - Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and adhere to data security standards Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
