Amazon is looking for a Senior Investigation Specialist with a strong background in transportation fraud investigations, risk management, and advanced data-driven problem resolution. In this role, the Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of fraud/risk investigations experience - 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) to pull data from a database or data warehouse Preferred: - Experience in e-commerce/online companies in fraud/risk control functions - Experience in mentoring junior finance or business team members - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
