Investigation Specialist II - Related Account Detection, Relay Product Excellence

Amazon is looking for a Senior Investigation Specialist with a strong background in transportation fraud investigations, risk management, and advanced data-driven problem resolution. In this role, the Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of investigation, fraud detection, risk management, or compliance experience - 1+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) - Experience with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and analysis - Demonstrated experience leading process improvements or driving operational efficiency - Willingness to work flexible hours as per business requirements Preferred: - Experience with e-commerce or marketplace fraud investigations - Experience mentoring or training junior team members - Familiarity with data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, or similar) - Knowledge of graph-based or network analysis techniques for detecting related accounts - Experience creating SOPs or investigation playbooks - Background in payments, identity verification, or account integrity - Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
