Interim Delivery Trainer (IADT), Delivery Training & Programs

Amazon is seeking self-motivated Delivery Trainers to join our team on an interim bases and help build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. As a Delivery Basic qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: - Experience developing and delivering training programs, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment - Experience in professional, non-internship software development, or experience writing low level drivers - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - Knowledge of adult learning principles Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
