Integration Specialist, Amazon Leo Deck Integration

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience - 3+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience - Experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches) - Experience in root cause analysis and error correction, identifying changes to procedures and systems to implement long-term fixes and avoid repeating issues - Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc. - Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, or experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings - High school or equivalent diploma, or Associate's degree - Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or equivalent production tracking systems Preferred: - Knowledge of SAP, MES, Team Center, Zoom, CAD software, 3D modeling programs, and AI-enabled manufacturing applications - Experience with WOT (Work Order Tracking), Non-Conformance systems, KIR Tickets, Jira, and shop floor practices including the ability to identify issues and escalate to development as appropriate - Experience using precision tools, 3D printers, fiber optic equipment, or collecting production/customer feedback - IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification (or willingness to obtain) - Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems - Familiarity with Grafana dashboards, Smartsheets, and Quip for operational tracking and documentation Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
