We're seeking an exceptional Content Developer to join our Amazon INFC Learning team to support Basic qualifications: - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of content creation or similar experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience using content publishing tools to write, format, manage and publish high-quality content Preferred: - Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development - Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
