Instock Manager, Physical Music & Merch, Amazon Music

We are looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic leader to manage inventory planning and operations within Amazon Music Japan. As the Instock Manager, you will oversee planning and inventory management Basic qualifications: - Experience in logistics, or experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems - Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, or operations - Experience using data analytics tools and metrics to identify operational problems and drive solutions Preferred: - Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in an operational role - Experience in the entertainment industry - Bachelor's degree - Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI/reporting platforms, AI-powered analytics) to drive operational decisions. - Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
