職務内容Amazon Fresh事業本部の担当カテゴリーの調達と在庫管理に責任を持ちます。欠品率・不良在庫・調達方法のバランスを最適化することで、キャッシュフローの最大化に貢献できる部署ですInstock Managerは社内の商品情報から発注までの一連のシステムや仕組みの改革だけでなく、取引先からFCへの納品までのオペレーションも共に改革することを求められますAmazon内だと商品情報から始まり、何を買うかを判断する品揃えのシステム、各商品の需要予測のシステム、それを基にターゲット在庫や発注数量を決めるシステム、決めた発注量を基にサプライヤー様に発注する一連のシステム。このシステム群を改善・ Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management and / or project management experience and / or basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or dashboard creation - 3+ years of Excel experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing) Preferred: - SQL skills preferred - English speaking proficiency is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
