Installation Technician

You'll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that drive network stability and scalability, using your technical expertise Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience, or experience in similar technical roles - 2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience - Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles - certification in a relevant field (CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, Network+, or CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate) - Experience in a data center or other critical environment - Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays - Experience conducting behavioral interviews and hiring Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
