In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field followed by 5 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have 3 year(s) of experience in the following: 1. Experience in using business/technical software like MS Excel, Smartsheet, Asana, BIM360, PowerBI, and AutoCAD software. 2. Experience in ownership/management of engineering design projects. 3. Experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering. 4. Experience in process design based on Lean Principles. 5. Experience in complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing. 6. Experience in Capital project management skills. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $144477 - $160000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
